Rick is a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Executive Healthcare professional with nearly 20 years leading operational planning and activation for healthcare projects domestically and internationally. Led the operational planning and activation of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi — a four-million square foot greenfield hospital. Previously led high-performing operational teams at Cleveland Clinic and IU Health.
Chief Strategy Officer
Christy brings more than 13 years of healthcare expertise to IMH Healthcare and is committed to achieving a healthier future through efficient and effective operational planning, programming, and change management. She’s coached 20+ teams on crucial change initiatives and developed a successful patient move plan for 150-216 patients.

Sheila is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who offers 20+ years of healthcare experience. With an ICU, hospital operations and clinical IS leadership background, Chris brings critical insights into the IMH Healthcare planning process, helping him provide a patient and clinician centric focus throughout the project lifecycle. Chris successfully led Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare’s clinical and leadership teams in developing a Functional Program for a 280,000 SF, $185M greenfield hospital in Panama City Beach, FL.

Emily has over a decade of experience in pediatric academic healthcare and clinical operations with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Executive Leadership and Innovation. Emily has extensive experience in consulting, leading and supporting large-scale healthcare construction and transition projects having served as Clinical Project Manager, Transition Planner, and Operational Lead on over a dozen complex healthcare initiatives.

Senior Project Manager
Lindsey is an experienced project manager with a background in leading complex initiatives across diverse healthcare settings. She brings expertise in healthcare project management, quality improvement, and operational leadership, with experience spanning facility activation, team member readiness, and process improvement.
Project Manager
Van is a pharmacist, health economics researcher, and project manager. She’s committed to enhancing patients’ access and care delivery, while applying evidence-based frameworks to guide capacity planning, resource optimization, and sustainable adoption. Van has led cross-functional teams, managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and sustainable healthcare delivery.
