ABOUT IMH HEALTHCARE

IMH aligns healthcare strategy, operations, and facility planning before capital is locked in.

The distance between a well-designed plan and a well-run operation is where most healthcare investments either reach their potential or leave it behind. Getting that wrong — operationally, financially, or reputationally — is a cost that’s very hard to reverse. IMH exists to close that distance.

INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE PLANNING

The same operational discipline built for healthcare systems around the world.

Healthcare systems may look different around the world, but they all face the same operational questions: how should services function, how should teams work together, and what needs to be in place before a major investment is made?

We bring practical planning to international healthcare projects, supporting organizations as they design, develop, or improve services in complex environments. With our international team based in Dubai and partners in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, we work with you as you expand your healthcare operations.

Strategy ⟷ Real-world operations

Decisions that look right on paper, built to hold in practice.

Facility design ⟷ Clinical workflows

Space and process designed to work the way care actually needs to be delivered.

Pre-opening plans ⟷ Post-opening performance

So when the doors open, the organization is ready to perform, not just ready to open.

We don’t stop at recommendations.

Most consulting engagements end at handoff. IMH stays through activation and stabilization to ensure operations perform the way they were designed to.

Because opening the facility is only the beginning.

"If it can't work in real operations, it's not a solution."

PROOF IN PRACTICE

What this looks like across real engagements

IMH has supported new hospital openings, major campus replacements, operational transformations, and international healthcare projects. Across every engagement, the focus is the same: making sure operations perform the way they were designed to.

Faster ramp to volume

Facilities open with operational infrastructure in place — teams trained, workflows tested, and performance targets defined before the first patient day.

$5B+ in investment supported

Across completed domestic engagements, including Baptist Health Care ($650M), Community Health Network ($335M), and BayCare South Florida Baptist ($326M).

$10M+ in recoverable revenue identified

A regional health system’s surgical capacity analysis revealed over $10M in recoverable annual revenue — with no additional capital investment required.

U.S. & International reach

Active engagements across the U.S. and the Middle East, with an international team based in Dubai and partners in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

MEET OUR TEAM

Built by operators, not just advisors.

Every person on the IMH team has worked inside the environments we now help improve. We understand what it takes to make operations work—not just in theory, but in practice.

When organizations work with IMH, they don’t just get a plan.

They get a partner focused on one thing: making sure operations perform the way they were intended to, when it matters most.

That’s what every member of our team shows up to do. And it’s what our clients have come to expect.

“I cannot imagine planning and implementing our hospital move without the expert direction of the IMH Healthcare team. Their leadership team — made of clinical and nonclinical personnel — integrated itself into our hospital team and provided organized and professional instruction every step of the way.”
