BayCare South Florida Baptist Hospital built a $326 million, 420,000 SF replacement hospital in Plant City, Florida. The new 6-story facility has 146 inpatient beds and a comprehensive Medical Arts Building for outpatient services. IMH was engaged as the Operations Readiness partner, beginning our work with a comprehensive assessment.

“I cannot imagine planning and implementing our hospital move without the expert direction of the IMH Healthcare team. Their leadership team made of clinical and nonclinical personnel has integrated itself into our hospital team and provided organized and professional instruction every step of the way.”

When performance is the only acceptable outcome.

Healthcare organizations bring IMH in when the stakes are too high for plans that look right on paper but fall apart in practice. If you’re responsible for what happens when the doors open (or for closing the gap between what was planned and what’s actually happening) we’d like to have that conversation.
