The Challenge:

The output of the Mock Move was the refinement of the Patient Move Day plan, ultimately leading to a safe and efficient Patient Move Day.

BayCare South Florida Baptist Hospital built a $326 million, 420,000 SF replacement hospital in Plant City, Florida.

The new 6-story facility has 146 inpatient beds and a comprehensive Medical Arts Building for outpatient services.
