Community Health Network is developing a state-of-the-art healthcare facility designed to enhance patient care and accessibility. This new 100-bed, 425,000-square-foot acute care hospital will feature a cutting-edge ambulatory surgery center and modern medical offices, providing comprehensive healthcare services to Westfield, IN. With a total investment of $335 million, the facility is set to open in Fall 2026, bringing advanced medical technology, expanded treatment capabilities, and a patient-centered approach to the region. IMH was engaged as the Operations Readiness partner, setting up Community Health Network’s project for success with our comprehensive assessment.
